Our Design Process

1. We meet you on your terms where and when you can meet, we understand you are a busy person, so we try to be as flexible as possible when scheduling our first meeting.
2. Kevin Cherry will meet with you and your team this intial meeting can take from 30 mins to 1 1/2 hours depending on how many question you have and how much information we have to cover.
3. When an agreement has been reached to start building your website we will put together a demo site for you to view, we will rework the site until you are satisfied with the general look of the site.
4. While we are putting the site up you will be getting your pictures and text ready for the website. You can email info, put it on cd, or use a usb drive to put the info on.
5. While the site is being built you will be able to watch it develop until completion.
6. A deposit of half the agreed price is paid at the onset of the project and the balance upon completion.
7. Our web hosting will be including for one year from the time of the final payment.
